• Your name
• Your email address and (optional) phone number

You will be sent a copy of our SERVICES LIST and a CLIENT INFO SHEET. This will help BSP get to know your work and your writing style, and the type of service your require.

When you are ready to get started, BSP will ask for the following additional information:

• Your postal address. This is used on invoices and is required by the UK tax authority, HMRC.
• Copies of the work being proofread/edited. This can be either digital (such as by email) or physical (such as by post).
  • Be aware that physical document proofreading/editing functions differently from digital. The document will be marked for errors and corrections, but not physically rewritten. It may take longer to be received and returned.
